What is the Directory and Favorites

You can look up public information on any association, area or table and also see the profiles of the users across the different families. This is done in what is called The Directory.

Also on the top right corner you see a star icon. That is the favorite page where you can bookmark the people and entities that you like to have quick access to.

Global, association and club directory

These are the links in the yellow box on the top picture. Each link shows the directory for the specific level from family to your club but you can move between entities also once you have opened any level. If you know what you are looking for it’s simplest to use the search-box. Otherwise you can use the menu on the left side and from there click your way through the directory. The tabs are for most part as follows:

  • Info. Information about board, active members, public information about the entity and statistics to name a few. If the association has set statutory years on the left side of the board header will be a clickable year. Changing it will show the board and members as they were in the past.
  • Shared activities. All public activities are displayed there. From there you can if the registration is open sign up for the activitiy
  • Hall of Fame. Here are awards, previous presidents and more displayed
  • Admin. In case you have rights to use the support account this tab is visible. Here you can see login as that account.

The small star by the entities name will allow you to save it to your favorites menu.

User directory

In the User Directory (shown in the red box on top image) you can search for specific users. By default your association is set in the in textbox. You can either close it out to search globally or select a specific entity. Also the yellow funnel icon will allow you to customize your search more.

The little star in the box allows you to save the user in your favorites menu.
