User profile, settings & privacy

Introduction

Your personal data and settings are located in a drop down menu which is opened by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Since the user data origins from the club level you need to be on that level when clicking on the profile or settings link. It will give you a few option. Here we will go over some of them.

My profile

Allows you to modify your personal data and set who you want to share them with. Administrators can however still see the data if viewed from the admin area.

Your profile is spliced into a few sections. On the header of the sections is a pen icon or plus sign that will allow you to manage the specific data.

You can set the Privacy levels on most of the data by clicking the icon on the right side of the fields or section headers. The icon can be different and is based on the privacy selection. Select the privacy level you like.

Cross family sharing. Since we can see our the directory of our other families our information can be shared with these platforms. By default it’s however hidden. To enable it click the “Cross family sharing” link above the profile area. By sharing your data your name and information (that you allow to share) will be visible by LC, OT/41’s also.
