Include Old Tablers and former Tablers in TABLER.WORLD

To let your Old Tablers or former Tablers participate in TABLER.WORLD comfortably and DSGVO compliant, you let them register themselves.

How to do this is described in the following 3 steps:

1. Create form

    • Switch to table level in the top navigation.
    • Click on “Admin” in the top right-hand corner.
    • Click on “Registration Forms” in the left menu.
    • Select “Add registration form”
    • Select form type “Contact details” and click on “Next” at the bottom.
    • Assign name e.g. Registration OT to email distribution list.
    • Select combination “Contacts/Guest” and click on “Next” at the bottom.
    • Insert title and text/description asking for form to be filled in.
    • Save
    • Under “Edit fields”: customise the contact form fields Name|First name|Email address|Phone|Date of birth etc.
    • Save

2. Send form to alumni

    • Click Action > Manage next to the form in the overview of all forms.
    • Right click on “Show form” and copy the address link at the top of the browser.
    • Then forward this link to the alumni via the local OT presidium or have it distributed.

3. Create email distribution list

    • Switch to table level in the top navigation.
    • Click on “Admin” in the top right-hand corner.
    • Go to “Advanced Settings” in the left menu.
    • Then click on Communications / Mailing Lists.
    • To the right on “new mailing list”
    • Title meaningfully (e.g. external@, friends@ or ot@ or sponsors@ etc.)
    • Select the respective recipient(s) in the contacts (with the combination “Pastmembers/Pastmember”, all “future” alumni are also automatically included in the distribution list).
    • Save
