To let your Old Tablers or former Tablers participate in TABLER.WORLD comfortably and DSGVO compliant, you let them register themselves.
How to do this is described in the following 3 steps:
1. Create form

- Switch to table level in the top navigation.

- Click on “Admin” in the top right-hand corner.

- Click on “Registration Forms” in the left menu.

- Select “Add registration form”
- Select form type “Contact details” and click on “Next” at the bottom.

- Assign name e.g. Registration OT to email distribution list.

- Select combination “Contacts/Guest” and click on “Next” at the bottom.
- Insert title and text/description asking for form to be filled in.
- Save
- Under “Edit fields”: customise the contact form fields Name|First name|Email address|Phone|Date of birth etc.
- Save
2. Send form to alumni

- Click Action > Manage next to the form in the overview of all forms.
- Right click on “Show form” and copy the address link at the top of the browser.
- Then forward this link to the alumni via the local OT presidium or have it distributed.
3. Create email distribution list

- Switch to table level in the top navigation.

- Click on “Admin” in the top right-hand corner.

- Go to “Advanced Settings” in the left menu.

- Then click on Communications / Mailing Lists.
- To the right on “new mailing list”
- Title meaningfully (e.g. external@, friends@ or ot@ or sponsors@ etc.)
- Select the respective recipient(s) in the contacts (with the combination “Pastmembers/Pastmember”, all “future” alumni are also automatically included in the distribution list).
- Save
