Advanced settings for events

Not everything available as you would like it?

What events can I create additionally?

An own reminder pattern:

  1. Switch to admin-mode
  2. Go to the advanced settings
  3. Select “reminder pattern” from activities (left side menu)
  4. Select “new reminder pattern” from the upper right corner of the main frame
  5. Add a name
  6. Select, if an invitation-, information- and/or a confirmation email should be sent.
  7. Select when a reminder email should be sent
  8. Save (and select this pattern when creating the next event)

Maintain regularly used event locations

(you can also create one when setting up an event, but here you can create several locations for future use)

  1. Switch to admin-mode
  2. Go to the advanced settings
  3. Select “locations” from activities (left side menu)
  4. Select “new location” from the upper right corner of the main frame
  5. Add a name (and all needed additional information)
  6. When setting up the next event, change the switch for “Reusable/existing location” to “Yes” and select the newly created location
  7. A map with the proper location will be shown when opening an event
