Selecting the topic „sale“, you can offer several items

  1. Switch to admin-mode
  2. Select “Activity” from the left side menu
  3. Click on “add activity”
  4. Select “sale”
  5. Insert/select the following data
    1. Name
    2. Description and a picture (optional)
    3. Select the activity type
    4. Location
    5. Start and end of the event
    6. Start and end of sale
  6. Select “next”

In the product-area, you can add several products, prices and stock amounts

Example:

  1. Duck for duck-race 5€        in stock: 5000 pcs
  2. Super-duck 10€      in stock: 500 pcs

Additional to that, you can limit the time of sale, e. g. like an “early bird”, which is only available for one week.

After selecting “next” you can share:

  1. Option “share”:
    please consider carefully if you need to advertise on a national level, or if it is sufficient to share the event on table/district level.
    Depending on your selection, only your local table can see the event or in the opposite case, you can select the whole RTI-world (remember: a statutory meeting is no AGM)
  2. Everybody who is invited is also able to buy something (from the sale)
  3. Invite:
    here you can add email-recipients. The highest possible level is the local table

Currently, it is not yet possible to invite externals to a sale (will be available soon)

Reminder:

  1. Select the schedule for the reminder. As a standard, “default” is selected, but you can change this in the advanced settings
  2. Depending on the selected reminder schedule, all invited groups will be provided with an invitation- and reminder-emails
  3. Finish
