If you want to invoice the Capitation Fee based on the number of active members to your clubs, you can do that now in RoundTableFamily.World
If you want to use the Module, you have to ask your Family Admin to activate the Module
In Admin – Finances – Debit Note you will have a third Button Capitation Fee
You can enter an amount per Person, an extra amount per Club and you can calculate new member Pro Rata. The Date for Calculation will be the date when the members will be counted. In the Filter you can filter some clubs or member out if needed
If you click Next you will see the summary of all Clubs and the amount they have to pay. After finish and send, all presidents and treasurer of these clubs will get an invoice.
