Login access for Past Members

There are 2 different Past Member options available.

1) The normal (free) Past Member will have from now on the possibility to login and to change your own data and settings. Your information will be shown in the Club Directory, in the “Past Members” tab of your Club’s profile. You won’t receive emails from Area/Association/Int’l level, only from your own Club.

2) Active (Paying) Past Member, who will have additionally access up to the data of your own association (Members and Club Directory, Event Calendar, Reports, Polls, News, …)
You won’t have access to RTI Level
This Active Member option must be requested from your association and is not automatically activated. See Article for more informations of Active Past Member

On automatic Table Exit, Past Members will receive an email with a so called “call-to-action” — make a choice what should happen to your account.

You will get 2 reminders (1 month and 1 week ) before your profile is archived automatically.

When you click the button OR log-in for the first time, you will see the following page and you are required to make a choice to:

– keep my account,

– upgrade my account to Active Past Member (if the module is active)

– or archive my account

If you keep or upgrade your account, you will be redirected to your profile. Your data is not published automatically. If you want to share your data, click on publish profile

In “My Settings” (Click on profile, my settings) you can archive your profile anytime

You can change your privacy settings (after opt-in also with other members) for all the data independently
