Everywhere, where you have a president, you can create a Hall of Fame. This means on Level Table, Area or country.
This will look like this:
If this list is not filled in, you have to assign the function and period to the corresponding tabler.
Click on admin and go the the CRM/contact area. If a person is already in the tabler world, choose the person here and select “add position”. There you have to select “President (Board) and choose the period (select fixed period, not a manual period).
Alternative you can also go in his profile and click on the plus icon in groups and functions and select there the “president (Board)” and period
This must be done with all persons/periods
If a person is not available in the tabler world, but should appear in the Hall of Fame, you have to add the person before. This MUST be done on table level. If you want to enter a Hall of fame on Area or contry level, you have to enter the person on table level. For this, go to the table and select the tab “admin”
Select “log in as support” there. If you do not have the right, ask an admin or the table to add this person.
Go to CRM/contacts and add the person. Of this is done, log off from the table and go to your area or contry admin site again and add the position as descripted above
