Cross Family Events
From now on it is possible to share your event also to all other Round Table Family Clubs
This event will be visible in the calendar of all Family Member and in the Overview. You can also search for them.
If you edit your existing event, you will see under sharing options also the direct link for all family member to see this meeting
Award Pictures visible in Profiles
For every Award, a picture can now be saved also. This picture is also visible in the profile of the Award Winner
Guest Accounts
If you join an event outside of your table, a guest account at this level will be automatically created. This is required because of the onion layer structure and the internal architecture.
Until now, this guest account remained there and it happened, that mailing was written to all contacts and not only member. In this case, the Guest was also recieving this and he was not able to decline this.
Now, guest from previous events will be excluded from any communication, that this will not happen again. We also clean the database and remove all Contacts/Guests from existing guest accounts
Statistic
We devided in the statistic now all the member, who are in active clubs, clubs in formation and clubs in preparation.
Preview when creating segments
Checking if a segment works is complicated. You need to save, go to CRM, find the segment, try it out and if a change is needed, you have to go back to editing the segment. A long process.
We have no included a preview, which will help you to see if the segment is correct, which you have entered
Changing the statutory year
the statutory year dates were not fixed linked with the dates of the functions. That led to the issue, that if a statutory year was changed, the functions for the Board was not fitting with the statutory year anymore.
If a statutory year will be changed now, the functions of the boards with the same start and end date as before will be also adapted. A change of the statutory year is now easily possible
Import and link guest accounts
It was not possible to add a guest from another club to a past event, which was not registered to this event. This is now possible, unless the event is closed.
You have to go to the sharing options in your event and there you can add a guest to this event
