Undeliverable E-mails

It may happen that a contact does not receive a certain e-mail even though you sent an e-mail to him. This can happen because no or an incorrect e-mail address was entered on the profile. It is also possible that the e-mail is undeliverable because of an incorrect e-mail address or a full mailbox.

To get an overview of the emails that were sent from Tabler.world and are undeliverable, follow these steps:

1. Click on the red “Admin” button.

2. Click on ‘Settings‘ in the menu bar.

3. Click on ‘Communications‘ in the left column and then on ‘Bounces‘.


4. Review all emails that have not been received.


Note: There may be several reasons why the email was not received. For example, the e-mail address could be wrong, the mailbox is full, etc.

Tip: Clear the list by selecting all bounces and choosing ‘Delete’ from the ‘Actions’ at the top. You can also delete each bounce individually by choosing ‘Delete’ from the ‘Actions’ of the bounce.
