Managing board information

Each association must have a board and it’s important that all associations have their boards up to date on roundtable.world. This is so that the RTI board can send important communication to the national board members including meeting documents. Not to mention allow other associations to see and contact each other.

The same can be said about national boards and their areas and clubs. It makes your management and structure much better to have a complete and up-to-date board overview in order to get the proper communication to your boards.

Managing the board information

To manage the board information you first need to check that your statutory year is set. It will help with the historical aspect of the platform, make assignment of functions much simpler and improve statistical overview. See this guide about statutory years.

If the statutory year is right check out the guide about groups and functions. It will give you an overview how to manage the proper functions.
