Manage VAT rates
Go to Administration> Settings> Finance> VAT rates to get a list of VAT rates. Peepl initially charges a number of standard rates. You can change these standard rates or you can add VAT rates yourself.
Add VAT rate
Via the button “new VAT rate +” you can add a VAT rate. You can set the following:
- Code (eg “21”), this code is visible to contacts, for example on the detail page of an activity or on the invoice
- Description : for internal use
- VAT rate (%, to 2 decimal places)
- Extra mention on the invoice: when using some VAT rates (eg intra-community) it is mandatory to add a message to the invoice. It is allowed to set this once at the VAT rate.
Important: you can no longer edit the code and the VAT rate afterwards!
