Maintenance of finances of a table

Tabler.World offers simple and clear financial management. Invoices can be uploaded and distributed to individual tablers, membership fees can be collected and individual “debts” of tablers can be viewed.

Tabler.World offers a simple and clear financial management. Invoices can be uploaded and distributed to individual Tablers, membership fees can be collected and individual “debts” of Tablers can be viewed.

Invoices

Invoices can be set up here and, if necessary, also distributed individually to the individual Tablers (e.g. if some Tablers are over the table in the Tabler.World). (e.g. when some Tablers order from the Devo-Shop via the table)

Credit notes

Credit notes can be set here and, if necessary, also distributed individually to the individual Tablers (e.g. when a tabler had expenses for the table.)

Costs

Besides the classic invoices and credit notes, there are also some costs for which there are no documents. These include, for example, membership fees. After entering the amount, individual groups and Tablers can again be selected.

  1. Click on the Admin button in the top right-hand corner (the whole Board and DataManager are Admin by default).
