Indivitual Registrations, how it works

On roundtable.world there is an option to sign up for roundtable.world. If you are part of an association that is not fully part of the platform you can choose as indivitual to sign up and start using the platform. The path to this page is http://register.roundtable.world. In this guide we will explain how it works from both a user and admin perspective.

From a user perspective

Once you go to the path choose the association to apply to and fill in the remaining fields before clicking on Register.

From an administrative perspective

On the national level open the administrative area where you will see the menu item called individual registration. If you have any persons who have submitted a registration it will show up here in a table format.

The action button gives you the option to:

  • Edit the registration, for example change club or correct other information
  • Accept the application. The user will receive a “choose password” email
  • Decline the application. A reason can be given and that reason will be send in a simple email to the applicant

On the right side there is a link to change some settings in regards who in your association will receive a notification email about new applicants. The functions selected will receive a simple email with a link to the individual association registration page.

*Please note that in order to be able to edit, accept or decline users need administrative rights to the national association or at least have moderation rights to the CRM module. User can be notified about incoming registrations but to do anything he needs the right permissions set. Can be assigned by a national association admin (national admin).*

How to enable the option

Now to the fun part. On a national level access the administrative area. Under Advanced Settings open and scroll to the bottom of the Preferences page where the individual registration can be activated/deactivated.
