After a poll has been created, it also can be modified.
Modify a poll
- Switch to admin-mode
- Select “polls” on the left side
- You now see an overview over all expired, inactive (not yet started) and active polls.
- Click the “Actions” button and select “manage”
- You now can change name, description, start- and end-date and also modify the options.
What you cannot change is the type of poll. If you need to change the type of a poll, you have to re-create it.
- You can also change the invitee’s list by selecting “modify guests”
- If you want to delete a poll, you can also do this (IMPORTANT: the deletion of a poll cannot be made undone!)
- After you made all necessary changes, select “save” to save your changes
- If you want to send an update to all recipients (or just to the ones who did not yet vote) you can do so by selecting “send update”.
- Any sent out updates or in case new guests have been added, you can find this information in the “communication”-section.
Analyze a poll
To see the results of a poll, proceed as follows:
- Switch to admin-mode
- Select “polls” on the left side
- You now see an overview over all expired, inactive (not yet started) and active polls.
- Click the “Actions” button and select “view”
- Click on results to see the results of your poll.
It is also possible to export the results of a poll into an Excel spreadsheet or print it directly.
